ORDER PROCESSING:

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days .Please Note: During sale events please allow for an extra 1-2 days for ordering processing. 

SHIPPING:

How long will it take to receive my order?

All domestic US orders are shipped via USPS. Once shipped most orders take anywhere from 2-5 business days to arrive. 
International orders are shipped via USPS International First Class Mail and usually take 1-3 weeks for delivery. 

You will receive tracking information via email when your order is shipped.

WE CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR PACKAGES SHOWN AS DELIVERED OR IN TRANSIT.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Do not hesitate to contact us with any concerns about your purchase. 

In an effort to keep our products affordable and make your shopping experience as worry-free as possible, please note the following guidelines:

Unused Products returned in original package, in resalable condition will be reimbursed for item cost less shipping charges or exchanged for equal value. Item must be returned within 30 days from receipt.

Damaged Items- Any damaged items must be reported within 30 days of receipt to receive an even exchange.

What Materials are your Bonnets and Wraps made of?

The materials we use result in a quality, durable product that is worth your investment. 

Our products are made from fine satin charmeuse. A soft silky material known for its high quality and durability.

We take pride in our craftsmanship and take every possible measure to give you the best products.

Why Satin and not silk? Are silk and satin fabric the same thing?

We use the best of both worlds- satin charmeuse. Satin charmeuse is a man-made fabric that has a silky texture- which is exactly what you need to protect your hair at night. Satin charmeuse is softer than other satins, more cost-effective than natural silk, and holds up for years to come.

Although Satin and natural Silk are technically different (satin is man-made, silk is produced from the webs of insects such as the mulberry silk moth)—they do the same job in protecting your hair. Unlike cotton fabrics, both silk and satin DO NOT pull moisture from your hair. Therefore satin/silk bonnets and sleep caps keeps hair moisturized and less prone to breakage. The smooth finish of both fabrics also lessens tangling which helps keep your hairstyle and retain length. .

What hair types are your products made for?

Our products are made for all hair types. Although they are primarily used by women of color, our products can be used by all race & ethnicities to maintain hair moisture, reduce frizz and prevent tangling.

How do I determine my size?

Bonnets: All of our bonnets are adjustable to fit all head circumferences by adjusting the drawstring. As far as the amount of volume/hair our Diva Bonnets is a standard size that fits up to shoulder length curly hair or longer straightened hair.

Our Reversible Bonnets are larger and can fit even more voluminous/big and extra long hair.

For locs and braids we suggest our Long Hair Bonnet- available in both satin and mesh.

Kids Bonnets fits toddlers and older kids. NOTE: We do not recommend bonnets for infants. Bonnets can be a suffocation hazard as babies aren’t able to adjust the bonnet from their faces if needed. We would recommend a satin pillowcase as an alternative if necessary.

Wraps: Our Satin Wrap Caps comes in one adjustable size. Our Satin Cap has an adjustable velcro closure that can fit almost any head size. Note that the velcro does not have to be completely overlapped to work (1-2 inches of overlap works just fine). This makes it great to adjust as you change the volume of your hairstyles.

How do I care for my Wrap or Bonnet?

Our wraps and bonnets are made to last for years of regular use. On average our products last 5 years or even more.
Hand or machine wash in cool water. Tumble dry.*    (For wraps make sure to overlap the velcro completely before washing).
